// He didn’t study engineering. He built it.

// He didn’t study engineering. He built it.

// He didn’t study engineering. He built it.

No classroom. No credentials. Just one idea—reworked, rebuilt, and reimagined over two dozen times. David’s journey began with a sketchbook full of product ideas during a gap year. Out of all of them, he chose the hardest one—the one that kept him up at night.

And he never looked back.

For two years, David worked full-time on the device. Nearly 50 hours a week, every week. Early prototypes were crude but directional—each version a stepping stone toward what the product could be. The complexity scaled quickly: more features, more systems, more moving parts. At one point, the prototype had over 130 components.

But it wasn’t enough to make it work. It had to work well. And eventually, it had to work beautifully.

Even when something functioned, David rebuilt it if it didn’t feel right. He redesigned systems that were technically fine—but still not exceptional. He pushed the device to its limits, broke it, studied it, and made it better. Again and again.

Today, Delta Form consists of just 32 parts. Every piece is cleaner, stronger, and more intentional. The philosophy became clear: simplicity through discipline. But reaching that simplicity meant embracing deep complexity first.

Each full iteration takes 2–3 months. The process is obsessive: sketching, CAD, coding, sourcing, laser cutting, sewing, 3D printing, finishing, and assembly. He’s completed this cycle nearly 25 times. And every time, he swears it’s the last—until the next breakthrough comes hours later.

What he’s learned is that great design doesn’t shout. It whispers. If a part feels forced, the product tells you. If something could be better, it should be. Iteration teaches you how to listen.

For David, “good enough” is the enemy. Improvement isn’t optional—it’s a responsibility, even when no one is asking for more.

That mindset didn’t just shape the product.
It defined the company.
And in the end, it led to one outcome:

Recovery Reimagined.
